Why only two programs? In Europe, I had successfully offered dozens of very specific programs. But for America, I wanted to go further to meet the population’s demand for excellence.

There are dozens of programs available on the internet, and everyone gets confused. I also wanted to work on ultimate protocols, programs that would simply be the best possible programs. And that’s how I came up with the idea for the ultimate protocol programs.

The UFLP and the ULMP are two specific programs.

The first one is very simple: it’s the best program for losing weight. Forget endless cardio sessions and diets that leave you starving and exhausted. Forget those diets where you end up giving in and not only regaining the weight you lost, but even gaining extra pounds. It is based on the fact that metabolism is neither fixed nor necessarily a constraint, but can be an ally. A diet can be balanced and enjoyable, and finally, exercise does not necessarily mean cardio. The important thing is to burn more energy than you consume, of course, but there are many ways to do this without exhausting yourself or starving yourself. Finally, the last two weeks allow you to increase your calorie intake in order to stabilize your weight for good and not gain any back at the end !

ULMP sums up everything science has taught us in recent years: You can gain muscle even when in a calorie deficit, body recomposition is possible, it’s easier to perform with a lower body fat percentage, and finally, you stick to your training program much better when you like what you see in the mirror. Forget about cheat meals, dirty bulking, and other nonsense that you can leave to others. This type of diet forces you to lose more fat than you gain muscle, if it doesn’t end up exhausting you and stripping away what little lean muscle you had built up. Building muscle is no excuse to sabotage your diet. In fact, the cleaner your diet, the more energy you’ll have at the gym and the better your results will be in the mirror. By following this program, you will discover what clean muscle gain is all about. You will undoubtedly end up leaner and definitely more muscular than when you started.
